If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product, please contact our customer service within 30 days of receiving your order.

All returns must be unused, in their original packaging, sealed in the original shrink wrap, and in resalable condition. Shipping fees for returns will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in resalable condition. If the product meets these criteria, we will issue a refund within 5 business days.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If you need to return an item, you will be responsible for the cost of shipping it back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria, including items not returned in their original shrink wrap or seal.
